Ah yeah, the angle isn't the best, sorry about that. It's just a mini camcorder so I don't know how good the shot is until I get home and plug it in to the computer. I'll try and get a better angle next time.
Thanks anyway, I'll keep that stuff in mind next time I squat. The depth and the going on my toes thing I more or less suspected anyway. I thought I was already pointing my knees out but from the video it looks like you're right, they look pretty straight.
