35 yr old, height 6'0", BW 223, approx. 20% BF

Did weight training in HS, BP max 275 at BW 175, no idea on other lifts. Many years layoff with occasional 3-4 mos. of lifting activity every 3 yrs or so. Always more of a BB workout. Found SS and like the idea of 3x5 with lots of rest, always liked the lower reps and heavy weight over the med-high reps and med to light weight.

    Goals: 300+ BP, 400+ BS, 500+ DL

Gym was closed today so I did some hills, 5x150 yds. Fuck am I unconditioned. Decided I will do this regularly on Sundays. Also started to gtg pullups. 7 sets of 3, with goal of getting to 3 sets of 7. Any advice from anyone on adding in more conditioning without fucking up squat days?

So I was out of town Thursday and only gym close to me wanted $20 for the day and had NO barbells. Needless to say I saved my $20. My gym was closed for the 2nd Saturday in a row so I joined a new gym which makes this no longer a problem. Also they have multiple locations so when I'm out of town the next four months all over the state I shouldn't be more than 30 mins. from a gym.
    Squat
    215x5x3
Narrowed my stance due to critique of form from video posted in technique forum. Felt like I was finally achieving depth and much better overall. Forgot phone so I can't post a follow up video but I think I have at least one more 10 lb. jump. We'll see Tues.

    Press
    115x5x3
My working log is on my phone so wasn't sure of last work set, jumped 20 lbs. by accident. Still got them with no problem and not much rest between sets. Add 10 lbs.

    Rows
    145x5x3
Was going to start PC'ing this workout but due to being in new gym just didn't feel comfortable yet. Pussy I know. Add 10 lbs. or start PC'ing.

Out of town, walked approx. 50 flights of stairs, was worried about stalling on squats and bench. Went with a 10 lb increase on both.

    8/16/11
    Squats
    225x5x3
Surprisingly easy. Felt like good form. Really deep, widen grip due to shoulder pain from previous sessions, will work on narrowing it. Due to ease of bench will add 10 lbs.

    Bench
    195x5x3
Was worried due to fatigue from day job. Asked for spotter for first time. Not needed. Weight flew up all 3 sets. Add 10 lbs.

    Deadlift
    255x5
Was going to add 10 lbs but due to suprising ease of squats and bench added 15. Not going to lie, it really stressed me but lower back didn't hurt as much as before. Thinking of adding 10 lbs but will base on other lifts.

Drank to much tonight and work could possibly affect recovery. Will find out Thursday. Loving this program. Feel like I have 2 months left at least. We'll see.

Due to being out of town and working 13 hr days Thursday was a missed day. Next week I'm still out of town but should be cutting back to 8 hr days so all should be back to normal for first time in weeks. No one at gym to tape my form, maybe next week.

    Today's Log:

    Squat
    235x5x3
Felt heavy, face bright red after every set, from here on out 5 lb. jumps

    Press
    125x5x3
Same as squat, heavy, red, 5 lb. jumps

    Rows
    155x5x3
These didn't feel as heavy, will go to 5 lb jumps tho
