I have decided to start a new training log. My old log contained several months of SS and then a few months of TM. I never made good progress after switching to TM. Alot of it has to do with multiple breaks I've had to take due to travel. In either case, 3 weeks ago, I hurt my back doing HB squats. I was in the hole and it gave out. I'm not sure what happened but that night, I felt something slide back in (and it hurt like hell). I then got sick the next week.
So here I am, starting over with SS. I hope to surpass my previous PR's with SS before switching back to TM. In fact, I'm gonna fight to stay on SS as long as possible. I think I might have given up on it too early last time. I have reset back about 15% on most stuff and am working my way back up. I'm also working on doing LB Squats. My shoulder caused me problems in the past with these but I'm trying it anyways. Should be better on my back.

Squats 3x5x250 - Heavier than I expected.
Press 3x5x125 - Pretty easy until the last couple reps.
Deadlifts 1x5x335 - Felt REALLY heavy but barspeed was quick.

Squats 3x5x255 - Felt easier. Barspeed was fast.
Pendlay Rows - 3x5x135 - Last couple reps were hard. Barspeed always quick though. (which it's supposed to be)
Dips 3x5xBW - Easier than I expected. I don't do bench due to a bad shoulder. Dips don't bother me.

Not doing too good at logging my workouts. I haven't missed any. Here's my latest.

Pendlay Rows 3x5x145 - These are starting to get hard already. I'll probably start microloading.
Dips 4,3,2 - I ran out of gas. I didn't eat good today.
Curls 2x6x30

Still not doing very well at logging workouts. I did miss monday because of work.

I failed my press on wednesday 1x5, 1x4, 1x3 at 140. Everything else is going well.

Just curious why you're not doing bench or cleans?
My shoulder can't handle bench. I feels like it's going to rip out of socket. I asked Rip about it and he said I can do dips instead. Cleans also really ache my shoulder. It's not the weight, it's the movement.
Squats 3x5x295 - My shoulder started pinching on the 2nd to last rep. I had to rack the bar, then pull it back out and do the last rep. I was quick so I think it counts.
PR - 3x5x155 - Wow, these are getting hard.
Dips - 2x6, 1x4
