    Hey, so i've been lifting about a year maybe, i was pretty skinny before i started lifting. Had a log elsewhere before, so not totally new to this logging business Not sure if i count as intermediate yet, but didn't know where else to post my log so i posted it here!
    Stats:
    Age: 21
    Height: 6'3
    Weight: 206lbs

    PR's
    OHP: 1x62.5kg/138lbs
    Bench: 1x91kg/200lbs
    Deadlift: 1x210kg/463lbs
    Squat: 1x161kg/355lbs

    Had around a 3 month layoff so just easing back into it now. Had my first session back today! Didn't push the weights at all, currently doing 5/3/1 matt rhodes/singles template:

    Today
    Press Day

    Press:
    warm up
    3x 30kg
    3x 40kg
    3x 45kg
    1x 50kg
    1x 50kg
    Easy, but i had a shoulder injury before my layoff so not jumping in too fast!

    30 chinups (done in multiple sets)

    30 dips (again in multiple sets)

    15 minute jog

    Hey, Welcome to the forum...

    One suggestion: you should log your chin and dip sets. How many sets? May be something you'd want to track. I notate like this: 8, 7, 7, 8 for instance...

    Nah my names not wanderlei, i'm just a big fan of wanderlei silva the fighter

    I have some stuff to log when i have time, after 3 months off i feel so weak hah

    Ok been a little slack posting but been training:

    Friday 26th August - Deadlift Day

    Deadlift
    60kg x 10
    100kg x 8
    120kg x 5
    140kg x 3
    160kg x 1
    170kg x 1
    180kg x 1
    No real problems, deadlifts coming back slowly, hopefully i'll pass my PR soon!

    100kg x 8
    100kg x 8
    100kg x 8
    All done double overhand, did this to reinforce form.

    Hanging Knee raises
    10,10,10,8

    Gonna post some measurements tomorrow so i can really press on with cutting!

    Also, without sounding like too much of a 'noob', on stronglifts we put our training logs in our signatures. Do you guys do that here? Because i wanted to check out your logs but couldn't find them

    We can't change our sigs by ourselves, we'd have to ask stef.
