    Hi

    I've had trouble learning to squat properly, and thought it was time to get some help from here. Here are 2 videos, one slightly older then the other.

    Used to get pain in my hip-flexors but thats completely gone now so i guess im probably starting to use a little bit of hip-drive atleast.

    any critique and feedback is greatly appriciated, thanks!

    and yes I know I need to get som shoes

    You need to shove your ass back and get a little more lumbar extension. Also.. your feet look like a) they are too far apart and b) they are pointed wayyyy out... it may be an illusion because of the previous point about your feet, but your knees look like they go way in front of your toes.

    Yeah his feet angle is wayyyyy too obtuse.
