    Started light to get a feel for everything. My bench can do with some work, so can my deadlift. Work in progress.

    thats a nice start.

    Your goals seem very attainable. Are they 3x5? Or 1RM?

    Where chins to failure?

    I hadn't thought about 1RMs when writing them down, so I guess 3 x 5s. I'd like to be hitting those numbers by the end of the year and then I'll think about 1RMs. What do you think?

    The chins weren't to failure but I'm going to keep adding a rep each time till I get to 15 then start again with added weight.
