    Hi, my name is Brendan. I took a starting strength seminar a couple weeks ago in mississauga, ontario and have been changing my lifts plus eating more ever since.

    Little bit about me: 22yrs old, 196lbs, 5'11

    I started the starting strength program back in Dec 13th 2010, although my lifts should be alot higher by now. I spent most of the year since adjusting my technique, reading about the sport, and learning first hand whats right and wrong. (Thrown my back out a couple times, etc). I saw the seminar on the internet one day and I decided I should go for it. Alot of my movements changed for the better, they felt alot smoother and have become more solid ever since.

    I decided to drop some weight and focus more on my form.
