    workout was 6X3 of 85% of 1RM. This was my third set, only the last two reps made the video for some reason. 210#

    Two reps isn't really a lot to look at. However, you need to get deeper, drive more with the hips instead of lifting the chest midway through, push your knees out, narrow your stance, close your hands, look downward, put on at least 30 (preferably 50) pounds, and get some weightlifting shoes. Also, seriously consider doing the Starting Strength novice progression. On the plus side, you don't round your back.
