Squat Form Check, Please
Milestone for me, 300 Pound 5RM. 5 Months on SS, 2 months TM, 42 yo, 176 Pounds bw, 20.3% BF (DXA Scan). I spent an extra 10 minutes foam rolling, stretching before this set, and the warmups felt so good I decided to add ten pounds instead of my normal five on a Friday (texas method).
Halbritt thinks the depth is "good", as does my enthusiastic and dedicated trainer Paul. On the last rep, I had to struggle to get my chest up a bit - but I'm truly interested in how good (or bad) the lift is. All criticism greatly appreciated.

Depth is good. Great set, in my opinion.
