Vlad's training log
Hi all.
My name is Vlad. I am 40 year old and have been weight training for about two and a halv years. I am 190 cm tall (6'3) and weigh currrently 107 kg.
My best results so far are 125 kg BP and 250 kg DL.
My current training program is very simple:
Mon, Wed, Fri:
1. Push press
2. Romanian DL
3. Bulgarian Split Squat
4. Pull ups
Pull ups at the moment are done 5-6 times per week, and each day, I add 1 more pull up. I am at the moment at 40 pull ups per day. I've been doing this for about 5 weeks and when I reach 70 pull ups per day I will probably switch to training pull ups 3 times per week. The aim of frequent pull up training is to become good at pull ups quickly.

Push press: 84.5 kg - 5,5,5,2,3 3x5 PR
- Very hard. The last two sets were total crap.
RDL: 203 kg - 5x5
- Hard, but OK.
BSS: 84 kg - 5x5 PR
- The last two sets were extremely hard.
Pull ups, day 29: 39 reps - 2,3,5,2,3,5,2,3,5,2,3,4
Hypers: 1x20
