    Evening everyone:

After a long time away from the fold, I'm getting back into the community--and into the gym. My sessions have been very inconsistent, and I'm overweight. Time to get north of vag--I've been SoV for way too long.

INDFP--so I'm very lopsided w/my strength. I've DL as an Intermediate, but can barely do BW pullups. Also, my diet has been unsat. Quick stats:

    Age: 31
    Weight: 229lbs
BF: 25.43% (hydrostatic completed 28 August)
Program: S&C Program from FIT (p. 186) I know this isn't the fastest way to progress, but it fits what I can recover from for now given school, work, life.
    Next Goals: DL 365lbs x 5 & SQ 310 x 5RM by 31 December

Looking forward to the feedback and support. Videos will start again when I get my new phone.

    Monday 10 October 2011

    65 x 3
    75 x 3

    11 October Workout:

W/U: PVC Roll + LAX Roll (I hurt my lower back again a couple of weeks ago w/DLs, this made my back feel much better. But I keep hurting my back--about twice a year. I think it's either form related, or I'm overextending. Sitting 8 hours/day at a desk doesn't help either)
    Power Clean: 65lbs x 5
    2:30 min row (550m)

    Power Cleans: 65lbs x 5, 5
    85lbs x 5
    95lbs x 3
    105lbs x 2
    115lbs x 2
    125lbs x 2
    135lbs x 1
    140lbs x 1
    145lbs x 1 (bad rack), 1

    Interval Row: 245m, 245m, 255m, 235m, 235m (1 min row/1 min rest)

    Next clean session will be 115lbs x 3 x 5
