You've only got a set of two on the deads, but they look pretty good to me. The bar doesn't appear to be coming forward much from what I can tell. Make sure to squeeze your chest up and arch your back tight prior to each pull.
Submitted a thread for Rip to take a look but seems he didn't approve it. So I'll let you guys take a crack at it. I took a year long hiatus from training so I just want to make sure things are kosher.
Back Squat - Not a great angle for the whole lift but was concerned with bar placement after watching the latest video.
Back Squat - Set 3, much better angle.
Press - Warmup, how is the grip width?
Press - Set 2, Set 3.
PC - Warmup for DLs, Set 1
PC - Warmup for DLs, took this one to get a good view of the bar/midfoot placement. Decent?
DL - They have been the bane of my existence forever. Always had trouble keeping the bar from moving forward off the floor.
Thanks for your input.

Your first rep was really good. On your second rep, you went a little faster and did not set the lower back as rigidly as the first time.
Just peeked at my power clean videos a little more carefully. I have a feeling my 2nd pull could be much more explosive, I'm hoping it was just the neck pain making me a bit cautious. Anyone concur on the speed, or lack thereof?
