I pressed the first 2 sets easy, then somewhere in the back of my brain I heard, "You only have 3 left in you." for the last set. Thanks brain! Last set of squats felt high. I'll upload the video later for feedback. Last rep on the dead-lift, I didn't feel like I locked it out good, so I added 1 more.

Abbreviated workout today at lunch. First time to squat 315. My previous best was 305 wherein I realized my form had gone to pot and reset to 225.

So 22 days since my last workout, this is going to be GREAT! Factor in not much physical activity during that time and a stomach bug that took 10 lbs from my BW, and this is going to SUPER GREAT!

Having reclaimed the ground I lost on the squat, I decided to do these two for a change. It felt like I had forgotten how to benchpress. The deadlift was sad and awkward. I really should have reset, but I let my ego get the best of me.
