    Default uneven hip drive

    hey guys-

when I rebound out of the hole on my squats, my right leg seems to power the weight up. I have decided to deload from 285x5x3 to 205x5x3, where I expect to be able to equally distribute the weight on my ascent.

Will the deload, coupled with striving equal distribution on my ascent more than likely correct my problems? Or have most of you found that uneven hip drive cannot be corrected with a simple deload? In this case, what else should I look for?

I would look for a video camera. We can help you much better if we can see what you're doing.
