    Default Squat technique; overextended back?

Please critique my squat form. I know the plates block the vision a little, but I can't back up the camera more, and there is too much light coming from the other side. I think I'm a little overextending my back on the way up... Thanks in advance.

    1) Angle your feet in.
    2) Break at the knees and hips simultaneously.
    3) Keep your chest up on the way up.
    4) You're not getting deep enough. Drop your butt down towards your heels.
    5) Gain about 20 lbs.
    6) Your starting off your movement by moving your hips back and extending your knees. Stop doing that.

You'll need to work outside of that rack to break parrallel. Looks better though.

Your feet look better, but still need to keep working on the other things. Add another one to the list - keep a vertical bar path, don't let the bar get out in front.
