    So after 5 months of SS, I have very satisfying results. I have made a video of the progress and lifts I have done over the 5 months.

    Don't know about which section this should be in. How old/what weight/height are you?

    I think your squats have your knees travelling too far forward, so you aren't using the hamstrings/glutes optimally. Fixing that would put 20-40 lbs on the lift.

    First set of deadlifts made me cringe. Have you tried alternating grip yet?

    Press grip looks too narrow.

    Read some of rip's articles and get the book(I am going to this to)
    Your probably not doing the program as he states it.
    Barbell rows are not in the program, however you are stronger in them then other exercises.
