Started weight training at 16. I got set up with a PT to make a program for me, the woman was a pro body builder ( believe she won canadian MW championships this year. or something like that.) and had me doing a split bb routine. I followed this for about 2 years going up from 110lbs to a massive 130lbs.. lol.

Anyways one day i see on the news a report about powerlifting saying how all these strong ass guys dont even look like they lift. i really liked that idea since i was constantly the smallest dude in the gym, so i looked up strength training and eventually found stronglifts. I followed this until i started SS three weeks ago.

also begun 1/2 gomad two weeks ago to. going full once i get a job again when i get back form school in january.

Why didn't you increase after 3x5 @ 140 for squats and 135 for bench?

the 2nd set of squats i screwed up the bar positioning and reracked after two and fixed it,
the third i felt i was coming onto my toes alot. so i figured it would be safer to keep it there and get good form going.

as for the bench second day at 135 i just fucked up ahah, dont know as it was in my log the page before. but i managed to accomplish that somehow.

That's cool - shit happens. I usually write my next workout down in my book ahead of time, leaving blanks for the reps. That way when its time to lift I can just to it and not try to remember anything. Have you been gaining weight yet?
