My SS Log
I've been doing the program for awhile, but just decided to put my log up, which means I'll have to log it retroactively. I started doing SS back in June, after doing other stuff, including stupid bro stuff, split routines, and eventually StrongLifts, which led me to SS, so at least it had that redeeming factor. I just picked up pretty much where I left off from SL.
