    Location: Regional Queensland, Australia

    My gym doesn't allow weights to be dropped. There isn't another one around that does. I don't have the space for a home gym. Therefore I can't powerclean. I have substituted rows with the barbell from the floor. This will all change when I get a job and move to a capital city with powerlifting and olympic lifting clubs.

    Workout A:

    Squat 3x5
    Bench Press 3x5
    Deadlift 1x5
    Chinups 3 x failure (edited 13 February 2012)

    Press 3x5
    Row 3x5
