    Noob here.

    32 yo male, 6' 0", 175 lbs

    History:

    Oct. 1, 2011 - 205 lbs started random lifting, began counting calories
    Nov. 20, 2011 - Began Starting Strength program
    Jan. 1, 2012 - 180 lbs - ~1.5 weeks off, significant calorie deficit
    Jan. 10, 2012 - 175 lbs

    Lift -- Start::Current
    DL -- 170::300
    Squat -- 135::220
    BP -- 95::140
    OHP -- 70::100
    P.Clean -- 100::140

    After lurking here over this week, decided to start eating more to get my lifts progressing again.

    :::Workout 2/16/12:::

    Barbell Squat
    45 lb x 2 x 5
    85 lb x 1 x 5
    135 lb x 1 x 3
    175 lb x 1 x 2
    220 lb x 3 x 5

    These felt really good. Hope to get a video for a form check soon.

    Standing Barbell Shoulder Press:
    45 lb x 2 x 5
    75 lb x 1 x 5
    85 lb x 1 x 3
    102.5 lb x 5
    102.5 lb x 5
    102.5 lb x 4
    102.5 lb x 1

    Missed the last one on working set. Put it down for ~10s, put up the last one - very slowly with a grind. Will repeat this weight and smash it next time.

    Power Clean:
    45 lb x 2 x 5
    75 lb x 1 x 5
    95 lb x 1 x 3
    115 lb x 1 x 2
    140 lb x 3 x 5

    Got them all up, but I need to focus on getting my arms out underneath for the rack. I do it easily and naturally at lower weights, but catch too much weight on my arms instead of just catching it in the rack during working set. I think it's a mental thing I have to get past.

    Chin-Up:
    3 reps
    2 reps
    1 reps x 7

    The 3 and 2 are dead hangs. The singles are jumping starts with 3-5s in between them.
