    I am going to try to actually keep a log online again. I'm prepping for a few strongman contests this year and trying to come back from a torn biceps.

    Sunday March 4, 2012

    Deadlifts: up to 405x2x8(repsxsets)
    Front squats: up to 425x1
    30 minutes of walking cardio

    Tuesday March 6, 2012

    Bench: up to 295x5x5
    Log strict press: 250x5x4
    Bentover rows: 3 sets
    Biceps curls: 3 sets
    Triceps pushdowns: 75 reps

    Wednesday March 7, 2012

    Squat: up to 455x5x5
    Sumo Deadlifts: up to 315x4x4
    Back raises: 3 sets 15 reps
    Leg curls: 75 reps

    Your training looks solid. I'm trying to get stronger now but hoping to do some comps this summer. What weight class do you compete in? Good luck with your comeback.

    I compete in the open pro. My training right now is more of an accumulation block. I.E. prep work for the heavy stuff to come.

    My planned competitions right now are the Shreveport, LA pro-am on May 12, America's Strongest Man on July 21, and a Strongman Champions League show in Finland on August 12.

    Front squat: Singles up to 425

    I took a couple of days off from training as I was feeling beat up and I was going on a small vacation. The weights felt pretty fast today. I trained at Xtreme Fitness in Durant, OK. They had no problem with me deadlifting and had a couple of decent bars available.
