    Form's a little better, I think. Don't see much of a bounce at the bottom. I'm hinting at hip drive; I think reps 4 and 5 are the best. Note mirror-blocking floor mat. Sorry for the violet flash--some sort of camera artifact.

    Lean over a little more. That will allow you to drive the hips up and get your knees in place sooner. Add weightlifting shoes to your list of things to procure.

    Yes, been thinking about those shoes.

    Other than leaning over/hip drive, is there anything else you see?

    Tough to tell from the video, but it probably wouldn't hurt to shove the knees out more.

    Funny, I never thought of that. My pants inseam is usually 30", sometimes 32" on Levis. I don't have insanely short tibias, either.
