Press Form Check
I was hoping you could give me a few pointers on my press form. I'm unsure whether I have too much layback at the moment. I forgot to stick my head through the hole in this set, which I usually try and remember to do.
This was at the top of a ramped 5x5 attempt (115, 125, 145, 145, 155).
Any advice you have would be much appreciated. Thank you.

As you mentioned, you need to get back under the bar as it goes overhead. You do not have too much layback at the moment. You are not using your hips at all, either. If you learn to do that, it will be of great benefit.
