First ever form check - squat and ohp
I made the clips as best I could. Any feedback is welcomed. Thanks in advance.

The squats are high. Also it seems (bad video angle) that you're throwing your pelvis forward the whole time in the press. You should be using some hip sway to move the bar. Press from a dead start each rep, cue yourself to give a second pause in between reps.
