Limited visibility on your squat, however, from what I am able to see given the one angle and the lack of perspective, you need to shove your knees out more. If you watch closely, you'll see your knees slide forward at the very bottom. Tough to tell, but your heels may be able to move out a tiny bit (1"? 1/2"?...not much) which should help with that knee slide. TUBOW would be useful as well.

Bench looked decent, though more back arch would be desirable.

Deadlift, you butt is too low at the start, and your back does not appear to be in extension. Review the set up procedures, make sure you are really getting everything tight before you lift the weight. Generally, if you if you are getting tighter and tighter, the weight will start to come up right as you get "tight enough".

    Overall, decent job.

    Hope this helps.

    Thanks Mac,

Sorry about the bad angles, I didn't have anyone with me so I had to set the camera on various objects around the gym to try and get a good shot.

That is what I thought about the deadlift, but wanted to get others' opinion as well.

    Thanks for the good information.
