    Nice set. It looks like you would do better with just a slightly wider stance.

    You are a smidge high and, as Mike noted, your stance is a little too narrow. What weight do you squat for a heavy set of 5?

    Thanks for the comments, I'll try widening my stance a bit.

    Spotter is more for moral support. Also, if I get stuck, he can help me get past the sticking point to get the rep - so I don't have to unrack and rerack the weights.

    I have been having left knee patellar tendon pain, so that's the main reason I wanted to post a vid in this section. Thanks!

    Why NOT use a spotter, even if you have safety pins? Putting a failed squat down on pins sucks.
