Jacked and Tan
I'm here to get jacked and tan. You all know the drill: SS 101.
Current Numbers:
Squat: 175
Bench: 160
Press: 100
Dead: 230
Here are a few modifications worth mentioning. My roommate has sectioned off a square foot of the fridge for food to get me huge. He fills it with anything that catches his fancy toward this end, and I have 24 hours to eat whatever's there after i lay eyes on it. Milk with half and half, butter, beef, etc. We'll see where this goes.
I'm #150 right now- I'm going to get so fucking big that women and children will flee in terror when they see me walking down the street.
Second priority: Dance Moves.

I'm going up by #2.5 on the upper body at this point, #5 for everything else, once I can't make a jump, I'll back off 10% for a reboot, work back up, and then switch programs after the reboot has run its course.
