I'm having trouble with my right shoulder in the start position on jerks. I have trouble getting the bar to sit on my shoulders unless it's rolled back onto my fingers. If it's on my fingers it doesn't seem like a good position to press from and hurts my wrist. I don't think I was having this problem a week ago. My right shoulder is pretty sore and this is holding me back.
Maybe I'm just not flexible enough? Maybe I need to get some bigger delts for the bar to rest on.

Hey Wayno, have you tried starting with the bar on your chest (right beneath the bony parts of your clavicles), instead of on your shoulders?

Thanks, I'll try, I'm having trouble visualizing what the bar would be resting on. My pecs aren't huge. I'll see how it feels.

I have in mind the top of the sternum, on the bone, not the pec muscles.
