    Hello everyone. I would appreciate any criticism of my squat. I've noticed that my toes rise above the floor on reps 4 and 5. Thanks in advance for any replies!

    Couple of things going on here, most important one is that you are not using hip drive. This is essentially a high bar squat. First thing you need to do is re-read the squat chapter. Your knees never find their correct position until about halfway up, you need to get the bar in a slightly lower position, and you need to get your head looking down.

    Re-read the squat chapter, TUBOW will likely be useful for you after doing so, and keep your head in a position that keeps your spine neutral.

    Lean over a little more and don't go so deep. Drive your knees out harder.

    Yes, better! Now get your gaze down slightly, your head is still cocked a little high. You're a good looking guy, no need to check your look through every rep!

    Yes, but that is exactly the problem. I am so good looking that I find it difficult not to check myself out in the mirror. Seriously though, I think I've gotten better with the narcissism. I will polish my squat for good and film it one last time to post ITT. Many thanks, Mac!

    Not as experienced as some of the other members on this forum.. but my eye cannot tell the difference between the first and the second video in terms of change in technique.

    Yes. Keep working form, still need to adjust your gaze down. Can't tell from video, but many will move their eyes down without moving their head. Tuck your chin. Your spine should be in the same alignment it is when you are walking across the room. Add weight, keep perfecting form.

    You still need to drive your knees out harder, as TomC mentioned. They appear to be collapsing inwards as you ascend out of the hole.
