    Hey

    Can someone please comment on my form on these deadlifts from last week. Haven't gotten the videos uploaded until now.

    I've included my 120 kg / 265 lbs work set, and a lighter 85 kg / 187 lbs warm up set for comparison.

    Warm up:

    I feel like the first 3 reps on 265 were pretty good, but that my back could have been a bit straighter on the last 2.

    Yeah, try to do a better job of holding your lower back in a tight arch, especially in the last few reps of each set.

    Also, can you see that you're not standing up straight at the top of each rep?

    I just got a belt, do you think that could help keeping my lower back in a tight arch on those last hard reps?

    I see that, so tried fixing it today, and it went well! :-)

    That's good to hear.

    I don't think that a belt will help with this, but you can always try it and see if you think it helps or not.
