Looks like you're not far from were you left off. Good stuff
Are those previous numbers for sets or 1 rep?
Age: 23
Height: 175cm
Weight: 75kg
Bodyfat: Unsure. Guess at around 12%
Training History: I have previously gone through a cycle of starting strength and topped out at a 140kg squat, 105kg bench, 65kg press and a 175kg deadlift. Sadly, I didn't really reach my limit, I just got bored of training and eating so much and decided I would pursue some more advanced 'bodybuilding' training. Fast forward a year and I'm pretty much at the same level as I was then, maybe weaker. Not Good. So I figured I would give starting strength a true run through and eat properly as I'm sure I can do more.
Lifestyle: As my name suggests I have recently taken up a new career and am an apprentice butcher. The job entails quite a bit of manual lifting and requires me to be on my feet all day (around 10 hours). Another downside of the job is that I rarely get more than 7 hours sleep which is sometimes a problem, but on the plus side I have good access to cheap meats of every variety!
Goals: My intention is to run starting strength for as long as I can milk it (hopefully around a 150kg squat,110-115kg bench, 70kg press and a 190kg deadlift) and then run the texas method afterwards. I would also like to get my bodyweight to around 91kg (200lbs).
Anyways,
First Workout was today.
Squat: 120kg x5x3
Bench Press: 90kg x 5x3
Pullups (wanted to do powercleans: gym was fucking busy): Bodyweight x10x3
All pretty piss easy.

Those would be for 3 x 5 except deadlifts which were just 1 x 5.
Wednesday 6/6/12
Squats: 122.5kg x5x3
Press: 50kg x5x3
Deadlift: 150kg x5
Once again they were all pretty routine weights.
Interesting log, will be following as we are same height and weight (although your lifts are about 10% higher than mine currently). Where are you based?
Cool. I am based in the UK;Gloucestershire area.
Im based in London.
Any chance of a SS-affiliated discount on good quality meat?
Edit: especially if your butchers do good dry-aged beef, home cured bacon, and rarer cuts/offerings such as sweetbreads, hangar/butcher's steak, and all things pig-related.
Esp if you can get me this:
