5x50; 5x50; 5x50 (For speed, eerily similar to cardio... not a fan)
A note about Saturday morning training...or any morning training. I hate it. I skimp on my warm ups, I'm in a rush, I just don't care to ever work out in the a.m. I'm typically fresher after working out for 2 hours and THEN squatting. Must work on this. Riding to the gym with the seat warmers on seems like a good idea...
