    Saturday, August 18th: Close Grip Incline Bench 60kg x 5,5,5,5,5 paused
    Monday, August 20th: Squat 90kg x 5,5,5,5,5 good form, hip drive
    Wednesday, August 22nd: Bench 70kg x 5,5,5,5,5 paused
    Friday, August 24th: Deadlift 100kg x 5,5,5,5,5 clean grip

    Second Week

    Sa, August 25th: Close Grip Incline Bench 65kg x 5,5,5,5,5 paused
    Mo, August 27th: Squat 95kg x 5,5,5,5,5 felt good and solid
    We, August 29th: Bench Press 75kg x 5,5,5,5,5 paused
    Fr, August 31st: Deadlift 105 kg x 5,5,5,5,5 clean grip, upper back very exhausted, especially the lats
    Sa, September 1st: Close Grip Incline 70kg x 5,5,5,5,5 paused

    starting strength coach development program
    I didn't manage to update my log here in the last weeks, but I managed to pull my old 1rm DL (170kg) for 2 sets of 5, bench my old 1rm for 2 sets of 3 (120kg) and squat 130kg for 10 reps.
    Now one week off!
