    • starting strength seminar jume 2024
    • starting strength seminar august 2024
    • starting strength seminar october 2024
    Here we go ! TM for the bench and SS for the rest
    Before stats : 83KG/17yo/15-17% bf
    Best lifts :
    High bar SQ : 100KG x 5
    Deadlift 150KG x 2
    Bench 85KGx5 (estimated)



    I'll also be doing 16hours fast , mainly because I need more sleep and I hate having breakfast half-asleep.

    HB squat : 80KG x 3 x5
    It was hard as in not pussying off , but not too hard to complete the sets

    CGBP : 1x5 @ 45KG
    1x5 @ 50KG
    1x5 @ 55KG
    1x5 @ 60KG
    1x5 @ 70KG
    The last set was mildly challenging but I still had at least 3 reps in me.
    I ramped the sets as per Justin's recommendations.
    Question : How do I transition to doing sets across ?

    One arm DB power snatch 5x3 @ 20KG
    Assistance :
    3x10 Face pulls @ 9 plates
    1x10 Lateral raises @ 10KG
    1x10 Lateral raises @ 7.5KG

    HB squat : 85KG x 3 x5
    Felt good and moderately ez , i ate well and sure it helped

    Recovery Bench : 2x5 @ 55KG

    Deadz 1x5 @ 110 KG
    easy , tried a narrow stance and grip today , middle fingers on the line

    I mistakenly did my curlz before neutral chinz

    2x6 @35KG bb curlz 1x15 @ 25KG
