HB squat : 80KG x 3 x5
It was hard as in not pussying off , but not too hard to complete the sets
CGBP : 1x5 @ 45KG
1x5 @ 50KG
1x5 @ 55KG
1x5 @ 60KG
1x5 @ 70KG
The last set was mildly challenging but I still had at least 3 reps in me.
I ramped the sets as per Justin's recommendations.
Question : How do I transition to doing sets across ?
One arm DB power snatch 5x3 @ 20KG
Assistance :
3x10 Face pulls @ 9 plates
1x10 Lateral raises @ 10KG
1x10 Lateral raises @ 7.5KG
