I finally came out of retirement. My bones are achy, and my tendons sore. But I must lift, to win back my whore.

    Squat: 275 lbs @ 1x5.
Just a little something to shake off the meet.

    Press: 125 lbs @ 1x3.

    power clean: 175 lbs @ 1x3.

I'm just going to mess around until I find a program worth questing to Freakdath with.

You benching or deadlifting at all? How much do you weigh, anyway?

I'll be benching pretty frequently, and I'll be deadlifting about once a week. I just felt like pressing today. I currently weigh about 180-184.

Awesome videos. Hamburgerfan, which one are you in the videos, if you don't mind me asking?

Keep up the good work Emancipated bro. You have a lot of great years of lifting ahead of you. I wish I would have stuck with lifting when I was your age.

I'm the one giving him a lift off on the bench.

Awesome. I wish my brother would lift with me. Or at least lift. I can't even get him to do chin-ups. He's older than me though, so he's had the habit of never listening to me forever.

Thanks guys. This place was the main reason I came out of retirement. It'll be a long road, and I doubt I'll be as good as when I was young, but I'm on my way.
