    Hello from the UK.

Getting back into proper training, after a year of doing nothing, and eating like an anorexic gerbil has turned me into a skinny, weak, unconditioned mess.

I will be lifting twice a week and doing a LP routine, based around squats, deadlifts, military presses, weighted chins, weighted press ups, hang cleans, dips and rows and DB work.

Will also condition 2-3x a week, which will consist of either sprints, hill sprints, stair sprints, or weighted walks/rucks.

I will also do a Strongman session on the weekend with farmers walks, rope climbs and sandbag carries.

Really looking forward to becoming a beast!! As Wendler once said...."I have a family to protect, i will train accordingly!!

    Cheers.

Hey mate. I'm based in East Yorkshire.

    Male, 23.

Weight at the moment is 12 stone and im 6ft 1.

No idea were i stand with my 1 rep max on my lifts at the moment. Will get a better picture on them soon.

Not trained for over a year now, so a lot of catching up to do. But will ease into it.

Been away for a while. New routine that i will be using.

Day 1: Squat, Press, Clean, Neck Harness.

Day 2: Chin & Dip Ladders. Sprints.

    Day 3: Rest & Mobility.

Day 4: Squat, Press, Deadlift, Neck Harness.

Day 5: Chin & Dip Ladders, Sprints.

Day 6: Rest or Fartlek Run.

    Day 7: Rest & Mobility.

*Sprints will be intervals of varying distances one day, and hill sprints the other.

*Chins & Dips ladders won't be taken to failure. Will leave 2-3 Reps in the tank. More about getting the volume in.

*Fartlek run will vary distance, terrain and speed.

This will keep me in good stead to build some basic strength, and keep the conditioning up. Sadly i cant drop the conditioning all together, as i have armed forces tests coming up. Plus i enjoy sprinting.

Im a partial northerner. Hailing from a tiny town called Nantwich, which is close to a massive shitty town called Crewe. Yorkshire is an awesome place.

Been to Crewe in the past to watch away games.

Yeah i live in East Yorkshire, but most of my family still live in Norfolk. So I'm a hybrid haha.
