Pulling frequency
Hi KSC,
In short the past few months I've been fucking around by not eating enough and being a pussy in general. I'm a 5'8 165 lb shit, and I'm going to seriously recommit to milking LP for all its worth, while trying to get up too 200lbs (70s big and all that)
3x5 weights:
Squat - 275lbs
Press - 117.5lbs
Bench - 165lbs (was reset)
Deadlift - 285lbs
Power Cleans - 120lbs (started learning these late)
I basically was thinking of having a light squat day on Wednesday, which is also when I would deadlift, with cleans on monday and chins on friday. I was wondering if this would be enough deadlifting considering it's not much higher than my squat or if I should be rotating DLs and cleans in an ABA format until it gets a bit farther ahead.

Rotate deads and cleans in AB format until it is no longer possible.
