    12/22/12

    Deficit Dead lifts
    1rm, 2xAMRAP @ 85%
Used 25lb plates and put 1/2" plywood on them. About 1.75" deficit.
    Warm ups omitted

    1x395
    4x335
    3x335

These got really hard really fast!

    Squat against bands
    3x4 8/9RPE
    4x255
    4x255
    4x255
Not sure exactly how much the bands added but it felt like a 400lb bar at the top.

    3 rounds no rest
    10 squats with 45
    10 swings with 25
    10 lunges alt 5/5
    45 sec planks

Used 1 band doubled over the bar and made 2 separate stirrups so the band formed an X. It had tension from the beginning.

I was destroyed from the deadlifts. These were sloppy as hell. My back is a bit tore up from the bar rolling around. This was supposed to be my last warm up but after I did one, I realized that I wasn't going to be able to increase it.

    3 rounds

    10-KB swings
    10-lunge alt 5/5
    45 sec plank
