Started barbell training by pretending I did SS late 2009 at around 165lbs 5'11. Jumped around to stronglifts, pavel's 3-5, any ghetto LP. Basically didn't do anything worthwhile other than getting form grooved until middle of 2011 where I decided to stop messing around and do SS. Worked up to about 320-330 3x5 at 200lbs then decided to move to TM around march this year. Current tested maxes:

    Squat 405lbs
    Bench 205lbs
    Deadlift 455lbs
    Press 145lbs
    Power Clean 215lbs

Highest weight on TM has been 210-215lbs in August. Currently float between 200-205lbs.
Pressing has always been hard to respond well for me, but progress is progress. My current TM programming is heavily influenced by Justin Lascek's TM books, so I make VD drive ID and hit PRs when I can. I also do some mobility garbage because it makes me feel good, but I don't log that stuff.

I'm looking to possibly compete in late 2014 in the Maryland 90kg class, but my numbers are still way too low to do anything significant, so I'm just training for basic strength right now. Anyway:

    12/10/12

    Squat 315lbs - 5/5; 340lbs - 5/5; 185lbs - 10
    Bench 180lbs - 5/5/5/5/5
    Power Cleans 200lbs - 2/2/2/2/2/2

    Edit 4/5/13

    New programming:
Monday - ID bench press/VD squat and press/Power Cleans and Chins
    Wednesday - Recovery/Upper body Assistance
    Friday - ID squat/ID deadlift or haltings/rack pulls/Dips/Curlz

POWER Snatch. Obviously terrible form with no lumbar extension and little ability to get under the bar.

    12/17/12

    Squat 320lbs - 5/5; 345lbs - 3; 350lbs - 3; 355lbs - 3; 265lbs - 10
    Overhead Press 127.5lbs - 5/5/5/4/4
    Power Cleans 205lbs - 1/1/1/1/1/1; 185lbs - 2

Was probably a little too ambitious on the squat intensity today, but I was feeling good. Was running out of energy during the press and especially on the power cleans. Hopefully this wasn't too much for Friday.

    Squat 245lbs - 5/5
    Bench 155lbs - 5/5/5
    Chins - 6/5/5

Should have tried more on the chins, but I was totally exhausted today.

    12/21/12

    Squat 390lbs - 3; 400lbs - 1
    Overhead Press 142.5lbs - 2
    Deadlift 405lbs - 2; 410lbs - 1; 420lbs - 1

Could have done more with that squat, but I ran with that considering I'll be in PR territory next week. Press was a PR, deads were a volume PR.

    12/24/12

    Squat 325lbs - 4; 350lbs - 3/3/3/3/3; 265lbs - 10
    Bench 182.5lbs - 5/5/5/5/5
    Power Cleans 185lbs - 3/3/3/3/3
    Chins - 5/5/5/5/5

Good Christmas eve volume. Attempting the last PRs of the year this Friday. Hopefully 2013 brings many gains in the 400 squat/deadlift territory and the 200 bench territory!
