Training frequency, novice program
Hello,
Because of a changing lifestyle, I can't manage doing A B A on Mon Tue Fri all the time.
Instead, should I increase the weight the same way every workout if I'm doing A B A B on Mon/Wed/Fri/Sun/ and next week A B on Wed/Fri? Or it will be too little rest or anything else?

That's fine, and more ideal that mon/tue/fri.
