    Alright, I guess the time has FINALLY come to start posting my own logs after lurking around on everyone else's for the last year. Slight backstory- I ran SS twice due to a "LIFE REALLY SUCKS RIGHT NOW" break, hurt my back, had like 3 months of resets and workarounds leading up to my first PL meet in November, took a month off, and finally started back on 5/3/1 since my back is still iffy. I'm on my first cycle and just finished week three today. Oh, and I'm a 23 year old female. That's probably important.

    Personal bests: @169 lbs

    Squat - 280 Belted only
    Deadlift - 315
    Press - 90 x 5 x 3
    Bench - 120 x 5 x3

    Yes, my upper body lifts are atrocious. I realize.

    On to the log-i-ness! I figure I'll just go ahead and post my worksets from the last few days on my main lifts to start so people can get an idea of what I'm doing, and then will just start logging everything normally from here on out.

    1/4/13 : Press 60x5x1, 67x3x1,75x8x1
    1/5/13 : Deadlift 180x5x1, 205x3x1, 230x11x1 (Switched to sumo after injury)
    1/7/13 : Squat 175x5x1, 200x3x1, 225x10x1
    1/8/13 : Bench 80x5x1, 90x3x1, 100x10x1

    I weighed 172 today. Too many Oreos. I also just realized I've been writing 2012 for the last 8 days. I suck. Gillian and Tamara are amazing. That is all for now.

    Hi! This is my first time on 5-3-1. I spent too long on SS with resets and back/life breaks. I really want to try TM but I don't think there's any way my back can handle it since it isn't fully healed. I'm pretty pleased with 5-3-1, though, even after only one cycle I seem to be making progress and my back is slowly healing up.

    I just received my new Adipowers tonight (I had previously been squatting in vibrams) so I went to the gym to play around in them a bit. They. Are. Amazing. Oh my God.

    I only did the curls because my training partner was getting disgusted with me for following her around and watching her do stuff while I sat there...err...deloaded.

    Hey there. Wow 280lbs @169lbs is impressive stuff, for a woman even more so. Looking forward to see where 5/3/1 can take you.

    Missed my deload deadlifts today because I slept through my alarm and was "hungover as a pile of dead rats." Good stuff happened last night though so I regret nothing. Just as long as it isn't a habit, I doubt missing a day occasionally will kill me.

    Today sucked. Deload week sucks. I suck. I made a million excuses in my head for why I wasn't going to be able to squat 140 pounds. One hundred forty pounds. I'm not sure if it was the lack of coffee today or because I missed Saturday but ugh.
