    Hello, my name is Martin. I am born 1995 and are 181cm's tall. I compete in ipf raw powerlifting. I would like to do some strongman later. 2013 i going to hit a 700kg raw total.
    I am going to write my numbers in kilogram and cm's.

    Thanks! my birthday is 11 sep, so i am still 17yr old. I compete in -105kg class and right now i am at 97-101 depening on what i eat. I plan to stay at this weight

    Thanks. Well i am doing a legs/abs/deads, chest/shoulders/triceps and back/rear delts/biceps split, 6 times a week. For squats i follow http://www.joeskopec.com/five.html and for arms i follow ehrling wahlgren armprogram, it is a high volume program with trisets. For the other muscles i just do like 3 sets of five or 3 sets of 15-20. 2 or 3 exercises per muscle.

    Viking genetics!! No but hardwork. When i started lifting i did 30kg on the bench press so i has come a long way since. thanks!

    Dude you are 17.. when did you start??

    Im so bummed my school had no gym, I went to boarding school so meant I had no choice, and also that I didnt find out about barbell training sooner. I'm 25 and been training almost exactly a year.
