    4th Place, USAPL Battle On the Border 2013, Men's Raw Open, 198lbs

    Gym Bests:
    435/285/500 - May 2013

    Giving it a go on my slightly altered version of the 'Texas Method'. Doing my own thing for bench press and using press as assistance.

    I'm a PL/strongman (well, woman in my case) hybrid athlete too. Each has unique challenges and training requirements, but both are too fun to give one up!
