I'm a powerlifting oriented athlete at the moment and been training for about two and a half years now. Did three meets so far and was 2nd in all of the three so you could've guessed that my goal for the next meet is to brake that "2nd guy" habit. Hopefully by not being 3rd. lol
Anyways, my training is based on weekly programming, TM to be exact. Been using it with success for some time now. Best meet lifts in 90kg (198lbs) class are:
SQ 225 (495)
BP 135 (297)
DL 230 (506)
