My sister want to start deadlifting but she don`t want squating because her quads are big from bulgarian split squats what do you thing will be good rep scheme 3x5 or 1x5 across. She will have only 1 day per week for strength training which will be DL(what rep scheme), Press 3x5 and chins and maybe running 2-3x400m for finnisher. Other days will be 1 day circuit training and 1 day jumping rope.

Start with 3x5 and then reduce to 1x5 as her weights increase and sets across becomes difficult to maintain. What is she training for??
