How to begin
Hello,
First of all, sorry for my bad english.
I bought last week SS 3rd Editon and have some Questions about it. My Goal is to reach Intermediate strength standards.
My current Stats:
24years old
5'6
156lbs
19-20% Bf (34.6 inch Waist)

My Question is: How would i have to train/eat?
I think i follow the standard routine as reccommended in the book, but how i structure my Nutrition? Mainly the Cal intake.

I like 3 whole food meals consisting of a quality source of protein, a quality complex carb, and some veggies.
3 protein shakes made with whey and whole milk + a piece of fruit. Fits into most peoples schedules.
Example:
Eggs & Oatmeal
Shake + Banana
Chicken + Rice
Shake + Apple
Steak + Potato
Shake
Hit Jordan up for the macros. I'm an eyeballer
