Reno, NV - Starting Strength Training Camp - The Squat (May 4th)

Exciting stuff going on in Reno! I've got a squat camp scheduled for May 4th at American Iron Gym. Spend the afternoon learning the how and why of The Squat at one of the best gyms in the country. The camp will include a lecture portion where I'll cover the relevant anatomy and mechanics and a lot of time under the bar where we'll clean up and improve your technique. There will be a Q & A where I'll answer your questions about anything you want.

If you're traveling from out of town, there are plenty of nice, inexpensive places to stay and lots of great food and local beers. What could be better than you and seven other folks working on lifting on a Saturday afternoon?
