Been training for more than two year, but never had real good results.
Since i suffer from a tennis elbow,i decided to cut al the excessive stuff and that's how i got to Starting Strength.
I've read some off the success stories here and hope to get good results!

Since i'm from Europe,i post my logs in Kilogram.

    10 kg = 22 lbs

    Own stats : 1.78m

Good luck with SS. By the way, what age are you? Also, what type of training did you do before and do you know what you're maxes are? Sorry about so many questions, just curious because we are almost the exact same height and weight.

    Squat : 85kg (3x5)
    Press : 55kg (3x5)
    Deadlift : 130kg (1x5)
    Chin-ups : BW+20kg(3x5)

    @kosidi : i'm 27,before i did a 3 day split.

    - Legs,shoulders
    - chest,biceps
    - back,triceps
i did it Reverse pyramide style.

Never did any max out test,i train alone so doing such things are hard to do.

Today was a day with mixed results.

Since i don't have good squat shoes (just simple nike's)it's hard to get stable with the weight.
we have a squat rack, but the safety bars are removed to reduce the space.
I already ordered Adidas power perfects,so hopefully i can get my rate back up!
For now i just squat with a weight i know i am stable and can do it with a good form.
Also since Weighted chins are also stalling i'm gone alternate it with Dumbell rows.

    Squat : 80kg (3x5)
    Press : 60kg (3x5)
    Deadlift : 135kg (1x5)
    Dumbell rows : 47kg (3x5)
    Weighted chin-ups : BW+22,5kg (1x5)

i definitly notice that my back is at his strongest
in the past i struggled with 40kg dumbell rows, and now this set went really easy.

Today was extreme busy at my gym.
i'm currently working at home (construction work),so my back was really sore.

Today i decided not to do squat, can't affort to hurt my back harder.

    Bench press: 85kg (3x5)
    weighted Dips : 27.5kg (3x5)
Incline DB press : 32kg (5x5) -> didn't wanted to start to high,so took a lighter weight, but since it went really well, decided to do it 5x5 instead of 3x5

Today was really hard training day.
because of my work i went in the morning.
After my Squat,i was completly drained, thats why my presses were so bad.

    Squat 3x5 87.5
    press 1x4 62.5 -> fail
    Press 1x3 62.5
    press 1x5 52.5
Deadlift 1x4 137.5 -> Fail (added one more rep)
    Chin-ups 1x5 25
