Few Questions:
They are stalling on all major lifts?
What are you using for weight/volume on your volume workout?
What are you using for weight on your ID days?
Please give only the info I asked for. I'll ask for more if needed. Thanks
Hey Andy,
I've been rotating 5 singles, 2 triples and a single set of 5 on intensity days. All three are starting to stall.
I'm not sure if I should re-set, go to a consistent set/rep scheme on ID & try to add weight weekly, or something else.
I'm 46 6'2" 225# and in no position to eat through it. Current best singles: squat 340, dl 375, bench 275, press 180.
Your thoughts?

Yes--squat, deadlift, bench, OHP all missing reps
Volume 3x5 currently squat 275, Bench 225, OHP 145
ID: squat 305x5(got 4), 320x3x2(got 2x2), 330x1x5--try for 340x1x5 next week//Bench 255x5(got 4), trying 270x3x2 tomorrow//DL 360x3x2, 340x5(got 2), 375x1x5(got one single)//OHP 160x5x1(got 4), 165x3x2(got 2x2)
Try cutting out the triples and fives on your intensity day. Just do your 3x5 weights for volume (possibly additional sets if even at a lighter weight). On your ID day, just stick with singles across. Reset your weights to where you can get 5 singles across. So then we just have a day for heavy 5s and a day for heavy singles.
Two questions:
Have you ever done stiff leg deads?
What is the template for your program? I don't need sets and reps, just what exercises are done on each day
