Where do i go with my next workout. 130 or 125
Presses. 130 x 4, 125 x 4, 125 x 5.
Do i complete 125 successfully before going up or expect supra compensation to account for the missed reps and life 130?

Have you previously completed 125 for 3x5?

My last completed work weight was 120. I went to 130 and failed. I"m lifting now and i'm going to use 125 since its an increase in my completed 3x5. I'd rather bet on doing this weight rather then having grown strong enough to complete 130.

That's good but your jumps are too big for this program. 2.5 to 5 lb jumps at the most if you want long term progress.
